Last thing to try if nothing else work, install the oldest bios that support your cpu. this is not a x570 issue but some specific motherboard model, all brand have one model that have this bug. You could also check if you dont have CMS support off. If it doesnt work, i dont think it will change anything but you could try shift+f6 like u/GoodyPower said. if you cant find it, jsut remove the battery on the motherboard for like 2 minute, and hold down the power button for at least 10 second to empty all capacitor that can act like a temp battery.
if its fixed then put your setting back on. You should have a clear cmos button somewhere. many people have killed thier board with those terrible tool.
Just for security reason, never use those crap tools to update bios from windoes.
Since you dont have this POS named Asus, it must be software problem not hardware. why ? because this is a known asus crap problem.
I know it’s a non issue because I don’t live in the bios, but like it would be nice to fix it if any reason to go in there arises like, painfully setting ram timings Next boot into bios right back to 0.75fps
Now about those catches I mentioned, on boot it’s slow, clear cmos slow, swap bios slow, but when I set ram like a monkey and force the pc to not make it past post it will tell me it cleared the bios and it will run nice and smooth and with no issues mouse feels better but still really sluggish but Atleast the keyboard responds to more than 1 click per 1.5 seconds. On top of that the mouse is practically useless even if I set dpi extremely high like the span of my entire desk(large L shape) would probably move about 2in if screen space so I’m stuck with using the keyboard inputs which don’t register unless a frame is drawn so I’m stuck navigating the bios menu a slowly as possible. Post times are fine, getting into bios is fine, but once I’m in there it’s like trying to navigate at 1-2fps but with some catches. Own an x570 Aorus ultra and for some reason the bios is extremely slow.
